When you submit the project-request form we store the details you enter: name, company, e-mail address, phone number if given, the services you selected, budget and timeline choices, your message, the time of submission and the IP address the request came from. We use this to reply to you, to prepare a proposal and to keep a record of the enquiry. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)) and, where a contract follows, taking steps at your request before entering into it (art. 6(1)(b)).
Requests are stored on our server and, where configured, forwarded to our company mailbox. We keep them for up to 24 months after the last contact, or longer if a customer relationship follows. You can ask us to delete an enquiry at any time.
We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly service that does not use cookies and does not collect personal data or track you across sites. It records aggregated page views, referrers, country and device type. No consent banner is required because no identifier is stored on your device.
The weather strip on the front page is fetched from our own server. No data about you is sent to third parties in the process.
Background videos and images are served from a content delivery network, and fonts from Google Fonts. These providers receive your IP address when the files are loaded, as with any website resource. We do not share any other data with them.
This website does not set cookies. Your browser may keep a small amount of local storage for the site's own conveniences (for example remembering a collapsed menu); it never leaves your device.
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. Write to post@helioapp.no. You can also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
